About The Sollomon Andal Trust

The Sollomon Andal Trust was originally set up not only to send Sollomon to America for treatment if he suffers a relapse, but also to raise awareness of Osteosarcoma (bone cancer) in general.

Osteosarcoma is not only one of the rarest childhood cancers but in relapse patients can be one of the hardest to treat.

In many children the cancer goes undetected for months and in some cases the cancer has already spread making it more difficult to treat.

In the last 20 years there have been very few advances made in developing new drugs to help treat Osteosarcoma due to it's rarity. By raising awareness and identifying symptoms we hope to be able to help possible sufferers.
